Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for supporting Still Manor. Because original paintings and limited edition fine art prints are unique, fragile, and high-value items, all sales are considered final.
Please read the details of our policy below before completing your purchase:
1. Final Sale Policy
Original Artwork: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Fine Art Prints: Limited edition and open edition prints are made to order and handled with extreme care. Because of their delicate nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. Color and Detail Variations
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of the artwork as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that individual monitor settings vary, and the colors of the physical piece may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Subtle variations are not considered defects.
3. Tracked & Insured Shipments (Damaged Items)
Your artwork is packaged with the utmost care and shipped with full tracking and insurance coverage to protect your investment.
Because these pieces are one-of-a-kind originals and limited editions, they cannot be replaced or replicated if damaged. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, the shipping insurance will be used to issue your refund.
To process this, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@stillmanor.com so we can immediately file the insurance claim with the courier. Please provide:
- Your order number and tracking number
- Clear photos of the damaged artwork
- Clear photos of the shipping box (including the shipping label) and all packaging materials
Once the courier verifies the damage and approves the insurance claim, a full refund of your purchase price will be issued. Please do not discard the box, packaging materials or artwork, as the courier requires them to validate and pay out the insurance claim.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an item has shipped or a print has entered production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
